1. I said the certificate is STILL valid.
2. RMCW still has direct control of it.
3. From what I understand the Certificate could not be endorsed for some time anyway as per the augmentation agreement with RMCW and MVPH. So that's a moot point.
4. If RMCW retains control of the certificates because of PRTI's activities in the matter. Then we RMIL shareholders can expect to gain control of MVPH in the next year also.
5. The Attorney for RMCW and MVPH are working out a deal in the matter. How come you did not post this information?
6. The 14 million dollars is still a credit (asset) on the books for RMCW until the ordeal is closed.
7. This is small potatoes as the short squeeze has nothing what so ever to do with this or the merger with RMCW and YOU know this!
