Alex Castellanos, a Republican analyst, said that with this bad exchange with Ed Henry, Obama pretty much confirmed he will be a one termer president. David Gergin and Paul Begalla almost fell on the floor laughing.

He's taking some pretty tough positions...like this budget for example. He's throwing a full deck of cards into play...so he is taking huge risks. He might just be...but not for the reason castellanos chose to pick...so much for substance.

That is hilarious. Who knows.

It depends on whether he snatches defeat from the jaws of victory in Iraq and Afghanistan. On whether we are attacked by terrorists (which would insure one term, if he manages to avoid impeachment), on whether the economy happens to bounce back (which will have nothing to do with what Obama does or doesn't do).

And whether he continues to blame everyone else for the problems in the job he asked for. He asked for the job and it really gets old with him trying to lay it off on Bush. At this point, the economy BELONGS to Obama. That's political reality, and no amount of blaming someone else is going to change that.
