Since November hasn't been a day over 13 degree C in Munich. That is extremely unusual, 10 degrees C below normal peaks from time to time during same period.

Since January 1st, we have not hit the average high for the date. Typically, we are 5º to 15º F. below it. It has snowed here at least 10 times when normally it only snows 1 or 2 times per winter, and snow has stayed on the ground for days when normally it melts the next day. I have gone through heating oil like its water.

Has San Diego been colder than normal?
