NATO as a body contributed nothing to Iraq. Although some NATO members, particularly Britain, took part in it. NATO is also in A-stan with us. That is a NATO operation. Yes, we do carry most of the burden of NATO simply because we are the superpower. Everyone else in it is a runt next to us. Your resentment and apparent hostility toward NATO I can only presume is based on a feeling your leader is adopting an indifferent or hostile attitude toward the alliance, so you should echo it. How ironic after all the silly blather about how Obama would "repair" our alliances, rebuild our relations with allies. Now we see Obama supporters actually carry a load of resentment toward our allies.
