We're in a recession NOW. Stimulus to end it is needed in the near term. You've indicated you understand this alternative energy is going to grow over decades - not the near term - in the near term it will continue to be pretty small. So how much stimulus can come from it - now and in the near term? you anemic grasp of economics isn't going to help you sort that out. Your attempts to fall back on insults don't make you look smarter or your arguments better. The opposite in fact. But its come to be expected.
