I think you miss something on vulnerable. I am not vulnerable as I am an adult. I am not a child. nor old. and I am immune from a couple of decades of not caring and expecting nothing, and I do not expect anything. But a person who has little money but has children? do not put them in my catagory. how dare you, to use a trite phrase. and what do you know of nothing to lose or care about? tell me? don't. no one in congress nor most of America has the right. none. And I might be poor and having my nerves being over time shot to hell over a bad neck so that I drag my left side around like a lump, but so what. it is my problem and I sure as hell don't care enough to be put down by people who have more to bother to ask them for a daym thing. but do not put children out in the cold nor old people nor people with children to care for. do not. maybe I care more because I know what it is to have nothing and to slowly be decaying for lack of healthcare. but I do. if people with something makes them care less, I am sorry for them. may they rot in some hell somewhere for not knowing what it is to be a neighbor. take your saftey net and stuff it. if people don't care about children or old people or the disabled... they can stuff it. people who don't know pain can laugh about it. they don't really expect to experience it.
