I found it interesting that now, the clinic is basically saying, "You don't need any documentation of your visit". I can see how you would find that amusing. But perhaps the message was "don't screw up our accounting by taking our only copy" and either neglecting to add "if you want a copy, ask" or not bothering because they know that no one reads them. You may recall I posted recently that I read one that claimed that multiple genital warts had been removed when, in fact, it was a common wart on my finger. So maybe the message was "we don't want you to check to see if we're cheating." <g>
