OK, not happening I believe. If it were, the populist sentiment would swamp the administration and the Fed.

I don't get why price discovery is a big deal. There is a 'market' out there and the prices that match seller with buyer do not exist hence the sitting on hands. The entire point, I thought, of this plan is to use government give aways to bid up the price beyond the 'market' price to get sellers to sell.

I am confused.
