SR K, please tell me more. I agree that our government can only do what is Constitutional, but I don't agree that everyone, in every country, has the rights we describe in our Constitution, nor are we obliged to deliver those rights to everybody, everywhere. Nor should their constitutions require more or less rights than we have. I think you are not proposing American Exceptionalism, so what do you mean?
