If the claimant can't produce the security, don't pay them. Their CDS was a bet.

It's still voiding a legal contract. And doing it not just in this country, but around the world. That's ex post facto law and, well, not sure it's constitutional or doable on an international basis.

I'm sure they would LOVE to do it, but...
