When states are no longer allowed to allow outrageously expensive coverage in their state the insurance market will become vastly more efficient and coverages will be available to suit all consumers.

Yeah, I don't see them heading that direction anytime soon though. State legislatures are packed with people who stand to gain by selling more insurance, not less.
