Keep your comments coming. I appreciate them. I like Ian's comments too. Each person on the thread has to decide the weight to give to comments posted here. You've earned your credibility, as far as I'm concerned. Published articles are nice to have, but they don't establish absolute credibility. Take Barrons, for example . . .

I'm not too worried about the dispute between you and Ian, though. We're talking about two lasers now. If this market grows for CYMI in the future, it's icing on the cake.

NYC--you are one of the MOST credible posters on the thread and your input is highly valued by all. Your orginal post on the HP issue did not state absolutely that UTEK presently uses Cymer lasers for fab; it was an "either ... or" statement regarding a PAST event:

"Cymer lasers have been used for Hewlett Packard inkjet printer head fabrication or R&D in the past. (HP -- Also in Rancho Bernardo)" [NYCNPBBKR Post #6244].

Ian's post (#6252) does not appear to deal with the "...or R&D..." possibility. Through discussion, the facts were made known to the thread; perhaps a little heat was generated with the light, but everyone got the truth and therein lies the thread's purpose.

The point is, you are both credible posters whom the thread admirers and values.

>>off-topic<<

ken: i, also, have enjoyed both your's and ian's posts. finding
your views to be of value. i certainly hope this disagreement will
not keep you from posting your points. there have been unfortunate
remarks made on both sides. and as he seems to have drawn, or
at least suggested, conclusions about your motives, the piece you
post here (either posted or e-mailed to you, i assume) draws
conclusions as to ian's motives. it would good to see the whole
thing concluded with you both continuing to offer your insights.

i read the semi-blood thread and noted your reference to sun-tzu.
as traders seem to make you cringe, the interest in the "art of war"
in the financial and business communities makes me cringe. i've
posted this link for you. i find it a far preferable way of life.
no commentary intended, just thought i'd pass it along.
