It didnt used to be illegal and has been used medicinally for thousands of years.

There are so many people with diseases that are prescribed opiates which would fair just as well under medical marijuana.

Look at the obscene prices that Arthritis sufferers pay for medications. EX: Enbrel -Cost = $1415.00 per month.

I am inclined to think that big pharma is very much opposed to MM. They dont want the public to find a remedy they can grow in their own back yard.
