The real question is how stupid is inode to believe that the new deal just blew up and not GWB admin. Michael. If you want to argue the facts with me let's go for it. Here are the facts as I see them: Two programs -- Social Security and Medicare -- have the country in debt for more than $50 Trillion. Two programs that account for more debt that all the accumulated deficits in American history. Excluding that off-book $50 Trillion, Obama has proposed a budget that will increase THE REST OF OUR DEBT by more than all presidents from the beginning of time up through Bush 43. This is not debatable -- we know the numbers. Now, that's not all but it is enough. Do you want to argue about these FACTS? If not, then STFU criticizing me; I'm right. If you want to argue, then present your side of the argument. But don't be an ignorant liberal. Make your argument if you have one. To date, I've not seen you do anything but take pot shots at the more thoughtful among us.
