But unemployment is over 10% and rising. You know crime must be exploding too. CA ain't looking so desirable. The state is basically bankrupt, and will likely default unless the national economy turns on a dime.


Yes, that's why I question if the old median high will be hit in the next ten years. CA has to clean up its act and find a way to make up for the revenue shortfall caused by Prop 13.
