I can help you out TRIG -- The solution is bankruptcy for all those businesses and individuals who are bankrupt. Bankruptcy is what makes our economic system work. Without bankruptcy you have what we have now -- fraud, theft and incompetence. If you want an economy based on fraud, theft and incompetence then you are in heaven right now. If you want an economy based on honesty and competence you will be annoyed as hell by what is going on.
