Zeev, they should have gotten more, especially considering how they pushed the convert through in one night.

THE FACT IS MU NEEDED THAT MONEY AND NEEDED IT BADLY. they did it of necessity. they'll need to raise more going foward. very bad circumstance in this pricing environment. btw, micron is not stupid. they recognized the idiocy of the market and used it to their advantage.
