The toxic asset buy out is a scam that rewards the poor performing banks, funded, ultimately, by Main St.

Once again the abysmally performing banks get off with only a wrist slap...their toxic wastes are removed and they are whole once again and their toxic assets are transferred to Main Street.

Yes, the poor performing financial institutions are reaping rewards like no other institutions in history by leeching the lifeblood out of Main Street.
