While SRS may serve well as a short term trading vehicle, if you look at the 2 year chart below, it has made higher highs and lower lows (expanding pattern) such patterns are long term bearish and it has potential to fall through the floor (fundamentally I don't see how that would happen considering that real estate has not corrected completely, however the chart seems to indicate that pattern where traders are erratically going at it); however I would be careful if you had to hold it any longer than a week.

i went ahead and wrote some SRS july 40 puts at an average of 9.20...let us see what unfolds,eh?
