Maybe there wouldn't be a problem if you could do it with a tax on rich people.

You can't begin to raise this kind of money without getting into the taxpayers earning under 100K. Which Obama has already said he won't do. Which means that for the next four years the problem just gets bigger.

As I've said, these liberal programs all end one way -- with a nation that is broke.
