He has obviously been very negative on the company compared to the consensus estimates for NVLS.

As of the last week report, the consensus estimates for NVLS were -1.52 this year and -0.19 next year. NVLS reports on a calendar FY ending in December.

I don't know the potential for acquisition of NVLS one way or the other, but I would expect several acquisitions of semi equip companies before this year is out. There are too many of them in trouble losing money and they need a helping hand.
