Iraq was a killing field with jihadi terrorists but once out iraq goes back to old sunni-shiaa-kurd divisions.

We substantially reduced the number of AQ members by killing them in Iraq, contrary to liberal belief. That's a good thing.

Which way the country goes after we come out depends in a large part on the process by which our withdrawal happens and the willingness to move at a pace that doesn't leave a power vacuum.

If Obama is inflexible he will lose a war that had been won when it was handed to him.

The Iraq War was a brilliant foreign policy move. I know the Left, along with many on the Right, will never understand it but future generations will.

"Iraq is won as much as anyone could win there under the circumstances."

Yeah, but what did we "win" for a trillion dollars plus, worldwide loss of moral authority and support and a tremedous boost for terrorist recruiting? A meaningless little pissing match war. A truly Pyrrhic "victory".
