Think you folks may have a trademark infringement suit on your hands.... :)

Jonathan Jonathan Jonathan... think for a moment, who has been around longer, us or them? Who has had ample opportunity to accrue enormous profits, us or them? So, then, who stands to gain the most from a lawsuit, us or them? Hint hint.

That's right, why wait to be sued when you can sue them. Do you think these other guys want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves? Of course not. Considering the multitude of companies that have "Fly By Night" as part of their name, I smell big bucks in out-of-court settlements coming our way.

Let me just reassure our loyal shareholders and shareholders-to-be that FBN fully understands the concept of "loser pays". Therefore, FBN will only sue American companies, because that rule does not apply here. God bless America.

As for our own legal fees, we are happy to inform you that our lawyers, Huntem and Beatem, have decided to accept shares of stock in lieu of cash. But, don't worry, as long as the world does not run out of toner, there will be plenty of FBN shares to go around.
