Why not be progressive and cut military expenses? I'm with Ron Paul on this one; stop this silly and extremely expensive wandering abouts all over the world. So yes, cut military spending at least in half. We now spend almost as much as the rest of the world combined for our military! That in no way is for defense, so that spending can only be for nation building. Clean up the Bush mess in Afghanistan which will take a couple of years and then come home and stay home without a very specific and defined mission. steve
