This case is "Long Ago", having been decided well before the 2008 decision of KFTC and was well known by the KFTC in making it's decision.

So therefore it was also well know to Intel when writing their contracts, setting their rebates, discount schedules etc. You of course believe that Intel is evil so you assume they were trying to illegally stifle competition. I believe they were making every effort to meet the legal requirements under Korean Law. I also believe that Intel is trying very hard to stifle competition by making better products at reasonable prices. Let us hope this never becomes illegal.
