Geesh, you'd think you guys would have had enough of non-reporting companies considering your track record. If you really like BB stocks then check out HDRN, which does file its doc.s & financials with the SEC. And then check out its web-site at:

hadron.com

HDRN has been around tech. since 1964, 33 years.

About FAMH, volume close to 2 million on
Friday and stock rose a nickel, not enough price movement for that amount of volume. Some insiders could be taking you again. BTW, if it helps, let me know where their Miami office is so I can pay a visit.

You guys were looking for a FIRE once before but got burned pretty bad. Now it's another FIR, AMANDA's.

Gary, I do not know too much about World Vision. But I have talked to them quite a few tinmes getting information on FAMH. They do seem to be straight shooters. So far what I have been told by them appears to be accurate.

I am not sure about Reg S shares. You could call Orville at World Vision. The number is 888-345-6060. Or the number for the main office in New York is 212-269-4777.

Alexander Wescott, the investment banking firm appears to be very well respected.

I have tried to do a lot of searching on FAMH and I have not found any skeletons.

I know some BB companies are not always what they pretend to be. I have been fooled myself by some in the past. But I hope that I have learned from my past mistakes. I now do even more research than I did before. It seems like most of the companies that turn out to be flaky are the ones that have no real sales now. It is always some huge pie in the sky deal that they are trying to put together but they never quite do.

FAMH appears to have a legitimate business with real sales and are in a hot business sector. I have received copies of their financials and what I have seen looks good. With many OTC-BB stocks you can not even get financials.

EVERYONE should do their own research before investing in any stock.

Cheryl

Gary,

One of the recent press releases had the telephone number for Alexander Westcott, the Investment Banking Firm who is putting FAMH shares into the market on a 504 financing (that is what Alexander Westcott told me). When I called them, I thought they were very knowledgeable. I suggest you call them regarding the Reg. S status of the shares.

David

p.s. I'd give you the number but I can't seem to find it, but I know I got it from Friday's news release
