Les, i don't see any crime on his part. as far as he was concerned, she was attempting to commit murder - infect him with the AIDS virus by biting his tongue. he punched her repeatedly in self defense.

once he was safe from further attacks, he went and got law enforcement.

i don't get it. biting his tongue was assault, his reaction was clearly self defense.

the prosecutor should stop wasting tax payer money.
