Sure, if by "those who already have power and money", you mean those people in China, India, the Middle East and Europe. As for Americans, no, I don't think that at all. The net effect of the cap and trade program will be to kill the US economy. It will move what remaining manufacturing to other countries that have fewer restrictions and it will drive the prices of consumer energy through the roof.

The kyoto protocol, which is the UN's greenhouse gas reduction plan for industrialized nations does not include India and China because they are not considered "industrialized"...LOL. If it was really about the controlling "climate change" they would have to include those two countries.

We are like lambs off to slaughter, bleating happily with pride as we open every door for our executioners.

The pussification of America is almost complete.
