Paul,

The press believes that, unlike themselves, their audience is moronic. It's easy to forget that online discussions of stocks involve only a small fraction of investors, and certainly a much smaller fraction of the general public. Most people here know when they are being treated like morons.

I don't waste my time with 95% of the general news, because it's a bunch of hot air.
