Greg, Thank you for the info. The European have been using polymerized asphalt well over a decade. As you also pointed out mainly for durability and flexibility. This would result in longer lasting roads that are more resistance to age cracking and weathering. You should live in New England, then you'll see what we have to cope with.
From what I understand AIPN has completed the first phase of the VDU unit and is ready for production.
