No, I don't think so, I think he absolutely means what he's saying here. (And... what he is doing is giving a veiled warning to GM and C, that they have only two months to get it right, or else the US forces bankruptcy reorganization whether they like it or not.) Anyway, I would not cry for the ex-CEO. I understand he walked out with a $20 Million retirement package. ;-)
