they are not avoiding chapter 11, they are pre-arranging it, like a prearranged funeral. In both cases costs are less and its non-contentious and given common aim of keeping auto industry alive, its a good thing. But what do i know, the truth seems to lie in arkanistan with a dimwit cpa.

Why is it that some people having what they feel is a good reason to adopt marxism, thinks it supports their claim it is not marxism?
