Hey, it was a SIMPLE question there, Dizzyguy! Don't toss your girdle over it! (You brought up the --- INTERESTING IDEA --- of "automatic stabilizers" for the ECONOMY... an idea that I'd probably be inclined to support!) But, the Devil is always in the DETAILS... so WHAT "stabilizers" do you suggest, and HOW do we implement them (Constitutional amendment, such as the automatic stabilizer that a Balanced Budget amendment would be, likely could be required for most any of this stuff). But... without a specific idea or proposal, it's just vaporware.
