>I think I'll refer to it as "The No Dr. Evil" defense, where Intel must be innocent unless you have a CxO on tape plotting to assassinate Hector Ruiz.

Compare that to your belief that Intel Executives must be guilty even if there is no evidence.

I have no such belief; You are nobody to tell me what I believe, and nobody to declare what evidence exists is is acceptable.

You do not get to unilaterally frame the debate.

(Not to mention you are guilty of exactly what you accuse me of, re: declaring guilt with no evidence wrt the CLA.)

I have no idea and neither do you because we haven't seen any evidence. But you're evading the question, in light of the 'Intel is inherently evil' hypothesis expounded by the many AMD employees posting here, will you, or do you expect they will be satisfied if no evidence can be found of a corporate policy of planned intentional illegal acts, directed and supported by or at least with the full knowledge and consent of the Executive Staff? Remember, the SEC found AMD's executives had conspired, plotted and carried out the theft of Intel IP, the submission of false documents to the SEC and the making of false statements in their press releases and public speeches. Surely if no evidence can be unearthed that Intel Executives participated in the illegal acts they have been accused of repeatedly and continuously here for years, the AMD fantasy of the 'Evil Empire' will be exposed as the nonsense BS is clearly was, is and will always be.

Again, I will set my own bar for what will please or disappoint me, not you. My criteria is based upon the prosecution of the antitrust case, not your artificial standard of executive guilt.
