Those tribal chiefs do not accept payment if they do not want to turn someone in such as Osama and Ayman. It is only when they dislike someone that they do so and in the process welcome some payment. Example: Uday and Kusay and Saddam soon thereafter. It just so happened that their relationship with Al Qaeda soured about the time Petraus was coming to the forefront of the US military operations. With regards to Glenn Beck et. al, I no longer find then of any entertainment value even. They are a bunch of idiots sounding like a broken record. Neither do I like Olberman playing with filth by running O'Reily down everyday.
