Intel has lost a couple recent antitrust decisions Dreams don't count. Only real world events. Where is the evidence that supports your accusation that AMD was aware of and sanctioned this person's actions He was an AMD employee. So now you've come around to agreeing that if there is no evidence that a company was aware of and sanctioned the actions, there is no company blame? Your "Intel is evil" world view is beginning to crumble. You're starting to get it. You've come a long way grasshopper.
