I don't know Dizzy, I am confused about how reflectivity makes it warmer to begin with, but saying it is so is okay. What about the Northern Californians who live in the mountains and want warm cars lol Seasonal sales bans or maybe they can enforce some type of seasonal driving bans. I personally think it is hilarious, but I am reminded that the voting public has become more stupid year by year as the Democrat Party dumbs them down and offers a permanent lower class who don't have to think, just vote once a year.
