<<Convert all the abandoned and unsold Mcmansions into four-plex poor houses.>>

Princeton University Press just re-released a finely written book about Boarding Hoses in America written in around 1860.
The author, a youngman, wrote at the beginning that he saw a day where people would wonder what were boarding houses, so he spent several years living in them, with cartoons and lot of wit describing life in a boarding house and all the different varieties; this was to give a document of the past for the future.

Princeton re-releasing this i suspect is based on the U.S. will learn again what Boarding Houses were.
For the record, it is estimated 30% of american home owners took in boarders in the 19th century.Max
