The market that has surprised me with its strength is Miami. That city was so overbuilt when it came to housing it should be the worst performing market in the country. Instead, it is not doing that badly.....no worse than Tampa which was not nearly as overbuilt. I think foreign buyers are the reason Miami is not collapsing as badly as expected. And I think that's why the NYC market won't collapse as badly as some expect.

Something like 42,000 people in NYC pay most of the taxes there. When they leave what will the 7 million people there do ?? lol
