I think fpg has backed himself into a corner. If there is no prosecution against AMD it's proof of innocence. If there is no prosecution against Intel it's proof they got away with it.

LOL, the guy did it all on his own accord. Risk federal prosecution to present something that AMD would never be interested in.

Uhh, yeah. That's what they (the FBI) say. He did it for personal gain.
