(What does the EU sending $75 Billion now to the IMF have to do with the already previously announced EU-specific 50 Billion Euro financial rescue program for Eastern Europe?)

They are two completely different programs, right?

So... what is your "Not" about?

(And any money coming from the World Bank would be a third avenue....)
