Did they[AMD] ever face charges? Did they ever go in front of any judicial body? No? Then WTF are you complaining about? Intel hasn't gone before any Judicial body either. Even though AMD upper level management has a proven history of stealing Intel IP , that doesn't prove they did it this time. I'm pointing out the lack of any evidence against anyone other than an AMD employee. If you can force yourself to be consistent, you may or may not have to apply that same standard in the future should some Intel employee be involved in illegal business practices without any evidence of upper level management knowledge, support or consent. I don't think you're capable of applying a single standard. The FBI said that the guy who stole Intel secrets was a rogue. NOW SHOW ME THE INTEL ROGUE. We'll have to wait for evidence to come forth. It hasn't yet and please don't claim Intel is holding it back. We've already shown that Intel isn't the gatekeeper.
