If negligence, then was it "negligence" when this guy lied to his Intel manager about going to work for some hedge fund, then started his employment at AMD before his time at Intel was up? I do not think the word "negligence" means what you think it means. What did AMD know and when did they know it? According to the FBI, they found out about it along with everyone else.
