>>> Netanyahu to Obama: Stop Iran—Or I Will

Netanyahu recognizes that Iran is an existential threat and that failure to act only encourages others in the region.

He is a true leader -- certainly among the great leaders of the world in the last 100 years.

He understands that Obama's residency in the WH is a limited time affair while Israel faces certain destruction unless he acts to stop Iran. Maybe not now; maybe not 10 years from now, but eventually.

I only wish I could respect our current president as much as I do Netanyahu.

Bibi is a leader. It must come as a shock to you ultra liberals. After watching President Bush tell the world what American foreign policy was and what it would tolerate from allies for the last eight years you now have foreign leaders telling Obama what they will tolerate from American foreign policy.

Israelis didn't have to do that with President Bush. They may not have agreed with exactly how he was going about it, but they knew he was going the same direction they needed America to go to have a chance for Israel to survive.

They recognise that B Hussein Obama may have different allegiances than America's Judeo Christian leaders.

the three other response to your post are idiotic but your post is not very good either. Most evidence out there indicates that Bibi is at minimum partially correct about iran. (i think more than partially)
I am a supporter of engaging iran because at some level we have to make it attractive enough for them to eschew nukes. However this is not an automatic outcome. History is littered with folks who put principles above national interests and at some level iran's principals are quite radical and perhaps irrational. And its the "perhaps irrational" that might force a country like israel which is directly in the crosshairs to take action in self defense. So for the US, negotiate but prepared with the big stick if and when necessary. Big stick doesnt automatically mean war, but it might means sanctions not seen before and a ratcheting up of military pressure. Dont forget there is far more at stake than israels survival here. The Arab states know that iran is a potential threat as well.
