Is this for real, and if so, when did these fires occur and why no coverage by CNN and BBC tonight?

I have no doubt that we are glimpsing the future for London and New York in these photos, given the mammoth financial rewarding of failing financial enterprises, but I'm having difficulty accepting that thia anarchism is already taking place.
