INVEST IN BEST. FINANCE....WHAT NOW? WHERE TO INVEST? With the FINANCE group leading the pack now thru the year, is it too late to look at that group? I don't think so. In reviewing one month returns we see nice gains which translate into 30-40% returns in 12 months. Funds to look at include: FSVLX (Fidelity Select Home Finance) which just recently had a 2.73% drawdown but is on a 34.78% annualized gain clip despite market volatility. It has also been selected by the WINNER strategy as a new BUY. That's important stuff!!! We have talked about how successful the WINNER STRATEGY has been on previous posts. FSRBX (Fidelity Sel Regional Bank) don't overlook this fund either. Altho the return is not as impressive it is showing signs of life with its RSI above 50. Other funds to consider: Fidelity Brokerage, Invesco Finance, and Fidelity Financial. Some hot funds lately are the FBR Small Cap Financial (FBRSX)and the (FBRFX) Financial Services fund.
