Which came first: Toshiba dropping AMD, or AMD's lawsuit alleging Toshiba dropped AMD at Intel's behest?

Of course. When nothing else works play the 'Intel did it' card.

Where is the smoking gun?
Where are the customers eager to cast off those Intel chains? Where are the battered beaten downtrodden customers yearning to be free? They were going to rally behind AMD's brave fight for liberty.
Maybe we should just ask, where are the customers? They went where they could find the best products with the best value.
Has AMD's market share grown in Japan now that Intel's illegal acts have been exposed and humbled by that crippling $15,000 fine? Now that the playing field has been leveled has AMD's uncompetitive product line earned them their "fair share"? Why not?
I know, it couldn't be incompetence on AMD's part, Intel did it.
