AMD enjoyed a surge in market share following the launch of the antitrust lawsuit.

Can you document this as a result of the lawsuit? They also had a competitive product which would naturally result in share gain. When Intel released C2D the tables turned, even after the lawsuit and the JFTC ruling. This is exactly the way the market place is expected to work. AMD has competitive products, they gain share, AMD has uncompetitive products, they lose share. It couldn't be more straightforward.

Core 2 is not an explanation for events that occurred in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.

What is your explanation for what is happening today?

Is this another diabolical plot by Intel or the result of superior products?
