Thanks for the great pointers. I've actually been looking at ETEL and OZEMY also, I'll post what I find out. In fact, I saw OZEMY at 7 and have been kicking myself for not getting in then.

Do you have any pointers to DGIV? Their news stories on Yahoo don't mention the hardware underneath.
