FPG, I noticed that when you have nothing left to argue, you resort to:

a) CAPSLOCK
b) COPY-N-PASTECOPY-N-PASTECOPY-N-PASTECOPY-N-PASTE
c) Boldface
d) Patronizing insults
e) Shifting the burden of proof

I think it's time I declared victory and moved on ... IWIN!!!

Explain the major losses of OEM support just as Hammer came out.

Document the loss of OEM support just as hammer came out.

It always takes two years for revolutionary new architectures, promising significant performance and feature enhancements

It doesn't if the company has a well established trackrecord of delivery. In this case AMD had a terrible trackrecord and essentially no history in the server space. It is quite foolish of you to expect the OEMs to jump on board an unproven architecture from a company with no experience or history servicing that segment.

Now, please answer the question: After the lawsuit encouraged customers to break free of Intel's chains, and after the JFTC ruling created a level playing field for AMD to peddle it's wares, how do you explain the loss of market share in terms other than uncompetitive products and poor customer relations on AMD's part?
